Our work includes minor and major projects such as extensions, renovations, boarding homes, commercial fitouts, residential homes and luxury boutique homes.
We recognise the importance of collaboration and will work closely with your design team to ensure that every detail of the architectural plan is executed with precision. Our experienced builders and craftsmen possess the expertise to transform design concepts into remarkable and tangible structures that leave a lasting impression.
Upon acquiring a new project, we ensure to meet face to face with our clients to walk through their architectural plans and address any immediate concerns in relation to the project. Our team is eager to collaborate with clients through key decision-making processes. During the construction process, regular progress meetings will be scheduled to discuss updates, address any concerns, and ensure that the construction aligns with your expectations.
We aim to work with our clients to ensure that all budgetary concerns are addressed prior to commencing a new project. An itemised quote is generated by our team outlining the cost of each product and/or service. Should any issues arise during the building process that may lead to variations in the overall cost, this is discussed in detail during weekly meetings with our clients to ensure full transparency.
A dedicated project manager is assigned to oversee the construction process on a job-site, ensuring that each project stays on schedule and within budget. Our transparent communication and commitment to efficiency will provide you with peace of mind throughout the construction phase.
When it comes to the building process, the duration can vary for each unique project. We take into account the specific requirements and complexities of each build. To ensure efficient planning, we generate a Gantt Chart that outlines the construction timeline for each job. This helps us stay organised and ensures that we can provide you with a more accurate timeframe. It is important to note that unforeseen events can sometimes impact the expected timeline of a construction project. These events could include things like weather conditions, supply chain issues, or unexpected complications during the building process. While we do our best to anticipate and mitigate these challenges, they may cause some adjustments to the initial timeline.
As per the NSW Government State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) guidelines, future owners of a property are covered for the statutory warranty period – six years for major defects in the work and two years for other defects from the date of completion of work.
